Accessibility

Simpsons’ Wine Estate is committed to providing equal access for all visitors, to ensure that they can enjoy and fully participate in the experiences that we offer. To this end, please see below for our current accessibility guidelines:-

* Ample onsite parking, with easy drop off and collection from winery
* Possible to access the vineyard by vehicle if mobility is compromised
* Access to toilets is on ground floor, including a unisex accessible toilet
* Our Winery is all on one level for tours, with all doorways suitable for wheelchair users
* All internal areas are well lit and pen and paper is available from staff to assist with communication if required
* Please note that access to the Glass House Tasting Room is up 2 flights of stairs

If you wish to discuss any specific requirements with our team, please contact us on 01227 832200 to make suitable arrangements, i.e. for tastings held on the ground floor.

Children and Dogs

Our tasting experiences and vineyard tours both involve visiting our working winery and feature a guided wine tasting, so are not suitable for children. All events are for over 18’s only. We are sorry, but we do not allow dogs at the Estate, except for registered assistance dogs accompanying visitors with accessibility requirements.

Local Accommodation / Restaurants

We would be delighted to recommend local accommodation and restaurants if you would like to combine your visit to the Estate with an overnight stay or meal. Please contact us at info@simpsonswine.com for more details.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend a scheduled booking, tickets can be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. Any request for a refund or transfer must be made in writing, directed to theglasshouse@simpsonswine.com . If we have to cancel your booking for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
